About the role
BURN is seeking a Quality Analyst Intern to support the Quality team in ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting across production processes. The role involves assisting in tracking quality trends, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and supporting root cause analysis by providing reliable data insights. The intern will also help identify defects, escalate quality concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

BURN is seeking a Quality Analyst Intern to support the Quality team in ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting across production processes. The intern will also help identify defects, escalate quality concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, validating, and analysing quality processes data and provide feedback.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with clear defect and trend summaries.
- Support RCA activities by providing accurate data, Pareto analysis, and other inputs required by the investigation teams.
- Escalate significant quality concerns, adverse trends, and recurring defects.
- Degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistical Science, or related fields.
- Knowledge of data analysis.
- AI Enthusiast.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn processes.
