About the role
Burn is seeking an Office Administrator in Ghana to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day office operations as the country team continues to grow. This role will strengthen administrative systems, vendor coordination, and workplace management to enable the Country Manager and broader team to focus on driving operational and commercial impact.
Duties and Responsibilities

Burn is seeking an Office Administrator in Ghana to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day office operations as the country team continues to grow. This role will strengthen administrative systems, vendor coordination, and workplace management to enable the Country Manager and broader team to focus on driving operational and commercial impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organise office operations and procedures
- In charge of time management for all office employees
- Respond to all office-related complaints and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Coordinate with the IT department on all IT work tools
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and office service providers
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, Kitchen, and security services
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, including parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
- Overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation projects, and coordinating safety inspections
- Manage the office support staff
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organisation.
- Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of administrative efficiency and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
