About the role:
BURN is looking for a Warehouse Manager who will supervise all activities of the facility, oversee team performance, expedite the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensure efficient and organized storage.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Oversee all in-country factory warehouse operations, ensuring that they comply with the standards set by the BURN warehouse HQ.
  • Oversee timely issuance of Raw Materials to the production floor to ensure continuous production.
  • Oversee timely dispatch of finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate looping stockouts through daily shortage reports.
  • Ensure warehouse processes and procedures are compliant with the company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Manage inventory in all in-country factory warehouses ensuring that they are accurate and in good condition.
  • Ensure that warehouse equipment is always in good condition through inspection and adherence to maintenance schedules,
  • Encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
  • Maintain a safe work environment through adherence to and training of employees to observe laid down safety regulations.
  • Oversee yearly stock take coordination, cycle counts and inventor control.
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts.
  • Explore continuous improvement opportunities and recommend them to the Global factory warehouse manager for implementation.
  • Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Global Factory Warehouse Manager and other members of the BURN senior management team.
Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing/ FMCG Warehouse.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, logistics, and business administration.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English language, both spoken and written is a must.
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people skills.
