About the role
The Commercial Administration & Analysis Assistant will provide high-level administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Commercial function.

The role combines three core pillars:
  • Commercial Administration & Coordination
  • Commercial Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Project Coordination & Execution Support


The role works closely with the Global Commercial Director and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, strong data visibility, and disciplined follow-through of commercial priorities. This is a hands-on execution role with strong exposure to commercial performance tracking and project delivery, but without strategic decision-making authority.

Duties and Responsibilities
    1. Commercial Administration & Coordination
    • Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Global Commercial Director
    • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, agendas, and logistics
    • Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and follow-up logs
    • Maintain structured filing systems, documentation, and version control
    • Coordinate communication across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
 
    1. Commercial Data & Performance Analysis
    • Support preparation of commercial performance reports, dashboards, and weekly/monthly reviews
    • Analyse sales, distribution, and agent performance data to identify trends and gaps
    • Maintain and improve commercial trackers and KPI dashboards.
    • Validate data accuracy across multiple markets and flag inconsistencies.
    • Provide insights to support decision-making (e.g. performance drop-offs, regional trends, agent productivity)
 
    1. Project Management & Execution Support
    • Track execution of key commercial projects and ensure deadlines are met
    • Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable tracking tools
    • Follow up on action items across markets and ensure accountability
    • Support rollout of commercial initiatives (e.g., incentive schemes, field programs, pilot projects)
    • Coordinate between HQ and in-country teams to ensure execution alignment
 
    1. Cross-Team Support
    • Support coordination of commercial workshops, reviews, and planning sessions
    • Assist in ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from leadership
    • Provide operational support for strategic commercial initiatives as needed.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in administration, commercial support, data analysis, or a coordination role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level preferred).
  • Experience in reporting, dashboards, or business performance tracking.
  • Strong project coordination or operations exposure preferred.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different markets.
  • High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-market environments is an advantage.
