Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out structured data collection in the field and through remote channels.
- Maintain clean, accurate datasets; support basic analysis in Excel or internal tools.
- Pull customer or product information from the internal CRM to support research preparation.
- Locate, contact, and schedule customers for interviews, tests, or field visits.
- Build practical execution plans (e.g., multi-day visit schedules, routing, transport arrangements).
- Support Product Managers with the coordination of multiple concurrent research or pilot activities
- Provide simple operational support: receipts, tracking, logistics, materials readiness.
- Summarise findings into short notes or insights for the product team.
- Confidence in collecting data and following structured research processes.
- Digital competence: Excel, basic data handling, comfortable learning internal platforms.
- Strong organisational instincts and ability to plan activities across days or weeks.
- Willingness to speak directly with customers and manage field relationships.
- Practical problem-solving in dynamic field environments.
- Reliability and attention to detail in both logistics and data.
