The role will coordinate projects, track key priorities across teams, prepare executive-level reporting, and ensure alignment and accountability across carbon excellence and distribution support functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Governance & Execution Discipline
- Establish and maintain a centralized functional execution tracker covering OKRs, strategic initiatives, and cross-departmental commitments.
- Translate Director-level priorities into structured workplans with defined owners, milestones, and success metrics.
- Conduct systematic follow-ups with functional leads to monitor progress against commitments. Identify delays, conflicting priorities, or ownership gaps and proactively drive resolution.
- Develop structured escalation frameworks to address slippages before they impact carbon excellence or distribution performance.
- Standardize reporting cadence across Carbon Excellence and Distribution Support to ensure consistent visibility.
- Software Prioritization & Systems Governance
- Consolidate feature requests from multiple teams into structured requirement summaries.
- Develop impact vs effort and risk-based prioritization matrices to support decision-making by the Director.
- Prepare briefing materials and structured data packs for roadmap prioritization meetings.
- Track approved development items through implementation and monitor delivery timelines.
- Strategic Project Leadership
- Support cross-functional projects from scoping through execution, including:
- Stakeholder mapping
- Timeline planning
- Risk identification and mitigation tracking
- Coordinate country-level implementation tracking for governance frameworks and SOP updates.
- Monitor project progress and provide structured status updates to the Director.
- Reporting & Performance Visibility
- Consolidate data from multiple teams into executive-ready summaries and visual reports.
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Director Representation & Executive Interface
- Represent the Director in selected internal operational, governance, and alignment meetings.
- Provide structured summaries of discussions, decisions, risks, and required follow-ups.
- Ensure action items are clearly assigned and tracked to completion.
- Prepare SMT-ready slide decks and executive briefings.
- Serve as a first-level filter for operational issues, ensuring only material risks are escalated.
- Maintain oversight of cross-functional communication to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in strategy & operations, or cross-functional program support roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical capability (Advanced Excel required; experience with BI tools preferred).
- Structured and systems-level thinker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Executive presence and confidence.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without line authority.
- High ownership and execution bias.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-growth environments.
