Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of interdependencies contributing to key Carbon and Commercial metrics
- Spend significant time in the field, seeing first-hand how key stakeholders – customers and sales agents - interact with BURN
- Proactively assess process and system outputs to spot inefficiencies, and underperformance
- Conduct hands-on investigations to identify root causes of operational issues
- Analyze blockers/challenges/problems from multiple angles, questioning data and challenging assumptions
- Communicate complex findings in clear, concise language to all levels of the organization
- Develop and cross-functionally implement actionable recommendations backed by data and real-world observations
- Manage and motivate in-department teams to meet goals on schedule and in budget
