Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community partners, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in the development of project budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor project expenditures, track budget compliance, and report on financial performance.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Oversee data collection activities related to project outcomes and impacts.
- Analyze project data to generate insights, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure project effectiveness.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and synergy across various project components.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Training and Capacity Building:
- Develop and deliver training programs for project staff, partners, and community members.
- Identify opportunities for capacity building and skill development within the project teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Project Management, Sustainable Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the clean cooking industry or related environmental sectors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Communication skills in both written and spoken English and French or Portuguese.
- Previous experience working on projects related to clean cooking or the last mile industry.
